Strong schools are equitable, innovative, and committed to students above all else. Every CFISD student deserves a strong education to support their wellness, growth, and post-graduation success.
CFISD is an incredibly diverse school district, and strong CFISD schools must provide factually-accurate, inclusive curriculum while celebrating students and staff from diverse backgrounds, as well as our LGBTQ+ students and staff.
Strong schools are led by school board trustees who represent and honor our community's diversity and who embrace progress and prioritize equity and inclusivity in the learning environment. Strong schools are protected by the school board, administrators, and community against ultra-partisan, regressive, anti-public education attacks.
Public schools play a significant role in the development and well-being of their respective communities, and Cy-Fair is no exception. Schools are where children spend the majority of their time – growing, learning, and becoming – and they take that knowledge with them into the community. Just as parents are partners in education, so too is the community at large.
And just as our CFISD schools are incredibly diverse, so is the Cy-Fair community. When CFISD schools are strong, equitable, and inclusive, so too is the community.
The greatest hope for our collective future is our public schools. The nearly 120,000 CFISD students of today are the leaders of tomorrow, and our future depends on how well our students are educated right now.
To ensure a bright future for all of us, every CFISD student requires an equitable, exceptional public education. The future of Cy-Fair will be determined by the success of our schools, and as such, we must support and strengthen CFISD in its capacity for continued progress, innovation, and success.
CFISD belongs to all of us, & your voice matters!
